"Alice's Lament" was
stitched on 30 count R&R Reproductions' Garden State Java, over 1
thread. The smaller pattern was stitched on 35 count Weeks Dye
Works' Kudzu linen over 2 threads, using a combination of Gentle Arts,
Weeks Dye Works
and Crescent Colours flosses. I designed the large pattern to be
stitched over 2 threads, but decided at the last minute to try my hand
at stitching over 1. So really, I recommend stitching it however
you feel comfortable. The chart includes finished sizes for
stitching over 1 or 2 threads. Both the large and small patterns
are included, DMC conversions are also included in the
chart. The finished size on 30 count linen over 1 is 8 5/8 in. by
5 3/4
