I designed the "Nadia Mueller Sampler" for my 13 year old daughter to stitch.  This is the first piece that she has completed!  There were a few snags along the way, and when she messed up, I'd pull out the stitches for her. But overall she enjoyed it.  She says her favorite parts were the "Four Sided" (or squares) and the Algerian Eyelets.  The biggest thing that I learned from it, is that little girls gets lots of tangles in their thread and have an uncanny ability to make needles tarnish. You can do yours as a "reproduction" of Nadia's, or use the letters from the sampler to do your own name, age, and initials.

This piece was stitched on 36 count Vintage Examplar linen by Lakeside Linens with one strand of Gentle Arts Cherry Bark floss over two threads of linen. 

The finished size on 36 count linen is 8 1/4 x 15 inches.
